The East Coast Elite League’s Tier 1 Showcase Series is designed to provide top competition and exposure for the elite teams, and organizations, throughout the country. The League’s members will compete in four weekend showcases, culminating with league playoffs in February.
The ECEL Showcase Series will complement the regular league schedule of its members by offering high-quality competition played at top venues and desirable scouting locations for maximum exposure to college and professional scouts. All ECEL showcase games will be broadcast live; a broadcasting partnership will be announced at a later date.
“This is an exciting opportunity for all those involved,” said ECEL Co-Founder and President of East Coast Classic Tournaments Peter Alden. “The ECEL allows us to take our expertise running tournaments and showcases and apply it in a league setting. Having successfully run dozens of elite tournaments and showcases, we understand how best to provide a structure that offers quality competition and prime exposure for our member organizations and their players.”
